Jewish and non-Jewish officials are planning to attend a Holocaust conference Friday in the Portuguese city of Estoril. The event follows the International Holocaust Forum, held in Stockholm in 2000, which gathered historians, educators and survivors from some 43 countries to discuss Holocaust remembrance.
