The Jewish-Arab folklore and dance group, “Hora,” has arrived here for the third time in a few years to perform in various Danish towns. “Hora,” which is sponsored by the municipality of Jerusalem and under the patronage of Mayor Teddy Kollek, arrived as guests of the Jewish Danish community and the international organization, “People to People.” The importance of the troupe’s impact on Danish public opinion may be measured by the reaction of one of Copenhagen’s newspapers which wrote, during the group’s last visit: “When you see these young Israelis and Arabs dancing together you ask yourself why whatever happens inside ‘Hora’ could not happen elsewhere in the Middle East.”
