The World Jewish Congress office here announced today that it prescribed a memorandum to the session of the United Nations Education, Social and Cultural Organization now taking place in Paris. The memorandum calls for the creation of affective machinery to protect the elementary right to educate and participate in cultural life. It suggests the setting up of such machinery within the UNSET framework.
The ### proposal lays special stress on the right of petition, adding that this prerogative should be accorded non-governmental organizations in all matters concerning the infringements upon cultural rights of the individual, as well as religious and## groups.
