A spokesman for the Polish-Jewish Ex-Servicemen’s Association told the JTA today that the Association had sent a letter of protest to the Polish Ambassador in connection with the news reaching here that the Jewish cemetery on Gensza Street in Warsaw, was being obliterated to provide a building site. In their letter, the Association asked the Ambassador to convey their protest to his government, and also to ascertain the details, and the fate of the historical tombstones in the cemetery.
