Jewish Chaplain Killed in Auto Crash in Washington

Chaplain Henry Goody, of Philadelphia, Jewish chaplain assigned to Ft. Belveir, Va., was killed Tuesday when his automobile was struck by a derailed street-car in Washington, D.C., the Jewish Welfare Board announced today. Chaplain Goody was a graduate of the University of Manitoba and the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. He is the second chaplain of Jewish faith to lose his life in service.
