Jewish charities are bequeathed $26,000 by the terms of the will of Helen K. Fridenberg, of Philadelphia, probated this week.
The testatrix died February 6, leaving two estates, her own private one, valued at about $17,000, and one willed to her in trust by her late husband, Solomon S. Fridenberg, who died January 27, 1921.
Mrs. Fridenberg bequeathed $5,000 each to Mt. Sinai Hospital, Eagleville Sanitarium, Maternity Hospital of Philadelphia, United Hebrew Charities of Philadelphia, and the Jewish Foster Home of Philadelphia, aggregating bequests of $25,000. In addition to these, she left $1,000 to the Jewish Seaside Home. Atlantic City, as a memorial to her niece, Florence Berlinger Kessler.
