Jewish children affected by the Chernobyl nuclear disaster are staying with London families in a trip aimed at providing recuperative care. The World Jewish Relief-supported Jewish Chernobyl Children Programme and the New North London Synagogue organized the trip, which will provide the children with medical care and give them opportunities for sightseeing and swimming, the European Jewish Press reported.
