Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the World Jewish Congress, announced here last night that a Jewish Memorial Cultural Foundation will be set up in New York City this year.
He said the Foundation will be financed with the final $10,000,000 which the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany will receive this year from West Germany under a 1952 agreement.
