109 Jewish Communities in America have entered into financial commitments totalling 1,350,000 dollars for the acquisition of an area of 53,531 dunams of land in Palestine to be held by the Jewish National Fund, as the inalienable possession of the Jewish people, according to an announcement made by the Jewish National Fund Headquarters here, published as an outline to the report to be submitted to the forthcoming Zionist Congress in Basle. These figures do not include the commitments entered into by the Jews of New York City.
