The Council of Jewish Communities, on the occasion of the “Day of Fight Against Inhumanity,” which takes place this year September 10, issued a statement today declaring that “five years after the end of the war, the world is far from realizing that the Jewish people lost 6,000,000 souls.” The statement adds that it is “incomprehensible that the Allies decided to free the Nazi war criminals.”
Philip Auerbach, president of the Bavarian Indemnification Office, has dedicated 11 cemeteries for Nazi concentration camp victims, it was announced here during the week-end.
