The DAIA, central Jewish representative body, held an urgent meeting last night at which it was decided to ask all synagogues throughout the country to recite mourning prayers for the deceased. Members of the DAIA will join in the guard of honor at the Ministry of Labor where the body of Mme. Peron lies in state and a wreath will be placed there on behalf of the Jewish community.
