A collection of Jewish ritual and art objects including priceless heirlooms of Jewish families here as well as a special exhibition of ceremonial silver rescued from the Nazis and presented to South African Jewry by the Jewish Reconstruction Foundation, has been placed on view by the South African Board of Deputies.
The exhibition has already been seen by large numbers of Jews and non-Jews in this city. The exhibition was discussed on a popular radio program by E. J. Horowitz, chairman of the Board of Deputies, and Dr. H Abt, who organized the exhibit.
