An agreement between the State of Israel and the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany will be signed here tomorrow in a ceremony at the Israel Consulate-General. The agreement covers arrangements between the two on the payment to Israel, in the form of goods and materials, of $107,000,000 by West Germany in satisfaction of global claims made by the conference during negotiations at The Hague.
Ambassador Abba S. Eban will sign the agreement for Israel.
