The third plenary session of the South American executive of the World Jewish Congress was told yesterday that anti-Semitism had increased in Latin America since last year and that outbursts of such incidents had increased since the capture of Nazi Adolf Eichmann here last year.
The delegates were told of the program of the executive of publication of pamphlets and articles under the auspices of scientific conferences to enlighten public opinion. Speakers were Dr. Moises Goldman, chairman, Dr. Marcos Diner, president of the DAIA, Aaron Steinbruch, Brazilian member of Parliament and Dr. Maurice Perlzweig of New York.
