The Board of Directors of the Jewish Court of Arbitration is mailing circulars to all lodges, synagogues, fraternities and orders, advising them that sessions will be held all summer at the HIAS Building, 425 Lafayette street, every second Wednesday, between 4 and 7 P. M.
This decision was reached because of the crowded calendar and the increasing number of domestic cases, which constitute 65 per cent. of the litigations. The next session of the Jewish Court will be held next Wednesday, and will be presided over by Joseph Sugarman, president; Rabbi Bernard Bernstein, secretary of the Rabbinnical Assembly, and Rabbi Samuel Buchler.
