A number of Jewish emigrants bound for an unknown destination were arrested at the Rumanian port of Constanza and charged with concealing gold and foreign currency amounting to about $40,000, the United Press reported from Bucharest today. Similar arrests have been made on every Rumanian ship in recent weeks, it was said.
