The Jewish Federation of New Brunswick, Highland Park and “Vicinity has launched a broad survey for “re-appraisal and self-study,” Federation officials announced here today. A large committee representative of the community has been formed for the purpose, headed by Abraham B. Halpern as chairman, The study will be assisted by a field representative of the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds.
