Jewish groups are ready to go to court over a bill banning an abortion procedure that Congress passed on Tuesday. The U.S. Senate passed the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act by a 64-34 vote, three weeks after the House of Representatives passed it. President Bush is expected to sign the bill soon.
