The spiritual values of the Jewish holidays are depicted in montage and paintings by seven artists that will be exhibited to the public until Oct. 9 at the Interchurch Center in Manhattan. The exhibit was commissioned by Sam Sobel, founder and president of the American Jewish Museum of Art and Culture. The artists whose interpretive paintings of the holidays are featured at the exhibit are Chaim Gross, A. Raymond Katz, Moritz Oppenheim, Zeev Raban, Saul Raskin and Dya Schor. A montage of the nine major Jewish holidays was painted by Sheldon Fink.
