(Jewish Telegraphic Agency Mail Service)
Fixe hundred and ninety emigrants from Soviet Russia registered during 1925 at the office of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (Hias) here.
Of the more than 900 immigrants previously registered, 388 have succeeded in obtaining employment in various places in China and in adapting them selves to the local conditions, so that they have given up the idea of emigrating elsewhere.
The newer arrivals, however, are finding conditions difficult. These are no opportunities for employment and the greater number are waiting for an opportunity to emigrate.
