Commencement exercises of the Jewish Institute of Religion will take place next Sunday at Carnegie Hall. Degrees of Master of Hebrew Literature and Rabbi will be conferred by Rabbi Stephen S. Wise, president of the Institute. Rabbi David Philipson of the Rockdale avenue Temple, Cincinnati, will speak.
