I. Blind, pioneer of the Jewish laborite movement in Galicia, has arrived here from Austria, whence he was deported at the conclusion of a term spent in the Vienna prison.
Active in various labor groups, including one of young Jewish workers, Blind was arrested following the February disturbances. He is an old man, physically exhausted by his recent experiences, and is now at a hospital.
