The stand of Jewish non-governmental organizations in asking the right of petition for non-governmental groups before United Nations human rights organs was defended here today by Dr. Bienenfeld of the World Jewish Congress legal department.
Addressing the current session of the U.N. Human Rights Commission, the WJC leader said that such procedures would keep the faith of millions of people in the United Nations and would give impartial bodies an opportunity to repudiate slanderous accusations.
