Dr. Rodolfo Schraiber, a prominent Jewish communal leader of Brazil, arrived here today for a four-month study of American Jewish community organizations. His training program, made possible by a special scholarship fund administered through United Hias Service, has been arranged through the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds. A native of Brazil and a physician, Dr. Schraiber is a board member of the Jewish Welfare Federation of Sao Paulo and of the United Israel Appeal.
