The Avukah Summer School yesterday listened to addresses delivered by Rabbi Jacob J. Weinstein, former adviser to Jewish students at Columbia, who spoke on “Radicalism and the Jewish Problem,” and Abraham Goldberg, who discussed “The Reinterpretation of Zionist History.”
Rabbi Simon Goldberg delivered an address today on “The Center Position in Zionism.” and Abraham H. Cohen spoke on “The World Jewish Congress—Can It Meet Our Problems?”
TEACHERS OFFICES OPEN
Offices of the Hebrew Teachers Union of New York will be kept open during the summer months, according to an announcement by Joseph Shaffer, secretary. They will be open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from three to six.
