Brotman, secretary of the Board, conferred with Tom Higginbotham, governor-designate of the British protectorate of Aden, on problems confronting the Jewish community in the tiny Arab country on the shore of the Red Sea, it was reported here today. Higginbotham promised to give these matters his “careful and sympathetic” consideration.
