Jewish leaders here today sent greetings to prime Minister Churchill on the occasion of his 70th birthday, which he is observing today.

His services to the nation and his support of the Jewish National Home in Palestine, as well as his efforts to assist Jews in occupied Europe were lauded in messages from Chief Rabbi Joseph Hertz and Prof. Selig Brodetsky, president of the Board of Deputies of British Jews.
