A delegation of the Council of Jewish Communities of Morocco met here with Justice Minister Abdulhadi Boutaleb, and discussed with him the situation of the Jewish community in general and the position of its rabbis in particular. The Minister promised to support plans of the Council to submit the name of Rabbi Mikael Encacua for approval by the Ministry as Grand Rabbi of Morocco.
