The Jewish National Fund budget for the coming fiscal year is 20,000,000 pounds, Dr. Abraham Granott, director of the organization, reported here today.
He said the JNF had allocated nearly 3,000,000 pounds for such development projects as the Huleh drainage program and the planting of 5,000,000 trees during the year. Another 4,500,000 pounds had been set aside for land purchases, including payment for lands from non-Jewish Israeli citizens.
