The Jewish National Fund is concentrating on land reclamation in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights, JNF chairman Jacob Tsur reported today. He said about 12,500 acres of rehabilitated land has been handed over to settlements in the heights and another 25,000 acres are being prepared for agriculture there. Mr. Tsur said the JNF employs 1500 Arabs from the occupied territories in afforestation work in the Gaza Strip.
