The United Immigration Board of Berlin has been invite to send representatives to the International Emigration Conference, which will open in Rome May 15. The invitation to attend the conference comes from the General Commissary of Emigration. The United Immigration Board has been asked to submit a detailed memorandum concerning the emigration, transmigration and immigration of the Jewish mass Representatives of all countries are expected to participate in the conference.
