Two Jewish memoranda will be submitted to the World Migration Congress, which will open here on May 18 under the auspices of the International Federation of Trade Unions and the Labor and Socialist Internationals.
The Poale Zion will submit a memorandum in which emphasis is laid on the immigration to Palestine. Another memorandum will be that of the Jewish Labor Emigration Bureau of Poland.
John W. Brown, secretary of the International Federation of Trade Unions, visited Palestine last year to investigate the situation there.
