Judge Irving Lang of the Criminal Court of New York County today dismissed criminal trespass charges against 45 young Jewish militants who staged a sit-in, sing-in and blockade at the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies offices April 8. Federation, which had called the police to evacuate the protesters, recommended that the charges be dropped. The police had originally stated that 41 persons had been arrested. The protesters demands included expanded assistance to religious education and a $10,000 donation to the April 26 Exodus March for Soviet Jewry.
