Dr. Moshe Pijade, a Jewish physician, is vice-president of the provisional Government of Yugoslavia just formed by Marshal Tito, leader of the Yugoslavian partisan forces, it was learned here today when the full list of the government members was published.
Dr. Pijade is 55 years old. He is one of the leading intellectuals in Yugoslavia and is known not only for his medical work, but also as a painter and a poet. He is one of the leaders of the guerilla units which have been fighting the German armies on Yugoslav soil since the country was occupied by the enemy.
