The third annual convention of the Jewish Pioneer Women’s Organization of the United States and Canada will open here next Thursday, Oct. 16. A large number of delegates from various parts of the country are expected. A feature of the convention will be a report of the American Jewish labor delegation which recently visited Palestine and which participated in the sessions of the World Congress for working Palestine, held in Berlin recently.
The Jewish Pioneer Women’s Organization was founded for the especial purpose of aiding the Chalutzoth, the women pioneers, of Palestine. The convention will hold its sessions in the Statler Hotel.
