Jewish pupils form a majority in 16 Protestant elementary schools in this city, and in five of the Protestant high schools, according to data compiled by the Canadian Jewish Congress and released here today.

In addition to the 16 Protestant elementary schools where Jewish pupils are in the majority, there are four schools where the Jewish student ratio is between 40 percent and 51 percent, the survey showed.
