Jewish settler leaders in Israel said Thursday they are occupying more land in the West Bank out of fear that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will lose in next week’s election. Israeli peace activists say settlers have taken control of some 20 outposts in the West Bank since the Wye agreement was signed last October.
