ADMINISTRATOR FOR LEVINE ESTATE
Judge Max S. Levine who died at his home here August 28 after a long illness, left an estate of “not more than $3,500” according to letters of administration filed in Surrogate’s Court yesterday by his widow, Mrs. Rae Levine. Surrogate James A. Foley named Mrs. Levine administrator of the estate which will be divided among Mrs. Levine and her two daughters, Miss Hazel Levine and Mrs. Isobel Romm.
