A fine of seven shillings was imposed upon Samuel Zilbaski, a student in the Haifa Technicus, who was charged with preventing a number of Arabs from passing the Wailing Wall while Jews were praying there. He was tried by the new Jewish judge, Magistrate Zuckerman, a former chief interpreter in the courts.
