Nathan Levy, a junior in the University of Michigan, from South Bend, Indiana, was awarded second place in the Northern Oratorical League competition held in Chicago last week. Miss Guita Bearman, representing the University of Minnesota, took first out of a field including Northwestern, Illinois, Wisconsin, and several other midwestern universities.
