Sir Oswald Mosley tonight announced the names of candidates for local London County offices on his pro-fascist Union Movement slate at a meeting here. Simultaneously, the Forty-Three Group, an organization of Jewish veterans, which has consistently fought the Mosleyites, laid a wreath on a war memorials near the scene of the pro-fascist parley.
