Jewish volunteer groups in Britain are finding it increasingly difficult to recruit people and raise funds, according to a new study by the Institute for Jewish Policy Research. A shrinking, aging and less insular Jewish population, more women in full-time work, and religious divisions within the community are the primary causes, according to the report, which is available online at www.jpr.org.uk.
