Pressing further the campaign which resulted in the cancellation of the proposed Max Schmeling-James Braddock championship bout, the Jewish War Veterans of the U. S. announced today a boycott against the German boxer’s proposed exhibitions in the United States.

Commander-in-chief Harry Schaffer, of Pittsburgh, terming the German heavyweight boxer a “symbol of Nazism,” issued orders to post commanders in the 22 cities where exhibitions have been arranged to boycott the bouts.
