Jewish Web Week99, the second annual celebration of Jewish unity, outreach, and culture on the World Wide Web, will be held Feb. 21-26. Among the scheduled events is a “Concert for Peace,” cybercast from the YWCA in Jerusalem on Feb. 23, featuring Israeli and Arab rock, Middle Eastern music and jazz.
