Mrs. Clarence Nathan of South Orange, the outgoing president, read her annual report and in addition gave a report of four years office as president.
Other officers elected were Mrs. Edward Friend of West Orange, Mrs. Frederick Samuels of East Orange, Mrs. Abraham Barnett of East Orange, Mrs. Lothar Ullman of Caldwell, and Mrs. Sumner Gutman of East Orange.
