Mulrooney, of the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, and Mrs. Elinore Herrick, director of the Regional Labor Board, as guests of honor tomorrow afternoon at its fortieth anniversary birthday tea. The Hotel Plaza will be the scene.
Delegates from the principal Jewish women’s organizations will be present, including Hadassah, the Federation of Jewish Women’s Organizations, the women’s division of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies, Ivriah, the women’s league of the United Synagogues of America and the National Council of Jewish Women.
