A cable received by the National Labor Committee for Palestine announces that a new Arab weekly has appeared in Palestine, published by the Histadruth, the federation of Jewish workers. The new weekly was decided upon at the last conference of the Histadruth held several weeks ago in Tel Aviv.
The funds for the publication were made available through American friends of the Histadruth and the Palestine Labor Campaign. The Executive of the Geworkschafton Campaign has cabled to the Histadruth its assurances that it will continue to do all in its power to bring before American Jews the necessity for supporting the Jewish workers of Palestine in efforts to establish better Jewish-Arab understanding.
