The United Hebrew Trades of New York will call a conference in the near future to determine whether Jewish labor should send a delegation to Palestine to study the situation with a view to aiding the Jewish workers over there.
An invitation to the United Hebrew Trades asking that a delegation be sent to Palestine was received recently from the executive committee of the Jewish Labor Federation of Palestine.
The invitation was discussed at a recent meeting of the United Hebrew Trades by J. Feinberg, manager of the Cloakmakers’ Union, and Max Pine, secretary of the Trades. Sentiment at the meeting was distincly in favor of accepting the invitation.
