The Council of Jewish Youth, an organization having members in Palestine, Syria and Mesopotamia, has cabled its protest to the League of Nations at Geneva against the Numerus Clausus prevailing in the universities of Eastern and Central Europe. “The Numerus Clausus is a disgrace to civilization,” the protest states.
