The Denver Allied Jewish Council and the Tulsa Jewish Community Council have gone on record as opposing the introduction of a national budgeting system and have pledged delegates from their communities attending the Art General Assembly of the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfar Funds to vote in accordance with this decision, it was reported here today by the Committee to Oppose National Budgeting.
The committee also announced that “every contributor to the Welfare Fund of Ockland, California will be called upon to vote on the national budgeting proposal to determine wheter its board of directors will approve or reject the plan at the next General Assembly of the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds.”
